Swim Athx isn't a camp.
It's a closed group. 18 athletes. One weekend.

Elite performance. Total wellbeing. Recovery, strength, physiology and mindset — in one programme, run by a team that works as one.

Club Natació Barcelona. Steps from the Mediterranean, in Barceloneta.

Two pool sessions a day. Individual video analysis. Yoga. Meditation. Pilates. Functional circuit. Nothing in isolation — everything built to reinforce everything else. Saturday brings the Performance Workshop — led by Antonio Jiménez and the INSPO coaching staff. Science applied to your recovery, session by session. 18 spots. Closed group. Individual attention, personalised coaching — for intermediate-to-advanced swimmers, triathletes and masters athletes ready to train at the next level.

You leave with more than technique. You leave with a method to take home.
