INSPO Athletic Inspiration (INSPO) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (insposwim.com) and the Swim Athx Long Weekend event registration process. You can contact us at [email protected].

We collect only the data you provide directly to us:
- Waitlist sign-ups: email address, and optionally your sport background.
- Event registration enquiries: name, email address, and any information you include in your message.
- Website analytics: we may collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration) to improve the site. No personally identifiable information is stored in analytics.
3. How we use your data
- To send you the Swim Athx programme, pricing and registration details when they become available.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To improve our website and communications.
We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes other than those listed above.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent (when you join the waitlist or submit an enquiry) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective participants about the event.

We retain waitlist data until the Swim Athx Long Weekend registration closes or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months.
