Most people spend years training their body.

Almost no one trains what actually matters.

It's not a session. It's a mindset.

It's not a plan. It's a concept.

It's not discipline. It's culture.

And above all, it's your habits.

Most swimmers put in hours in the water, but overlook everything that actually determines how they perform.

Recovery. Nutrition. Sleep. Stress management. Movement quality.

Because performance was never only about training.

It's about the other twenty-two hours.

Antonio Jiménez

Real performance isn't built in the water alone. It's built in the other 22 hours.

What is INSPO

Not a swim camp.
A method to raise your performance.

INSPO is a holistic plan for adults — masters swimmers, triathletes and open-water athletes — who want to transform both their daily habits and their capacity to train, in the water and out of it.

It brings together the methodology used in elite sport and opens the door to those tools, so you can make them your own without giving up your professional life. Each edition combines training, recovery, nutrition, wellbeing and learning inside an exclusive, small-group format. No crowds. No generic programmes. Just direct access to a multidisciplinary team that works every day with athletes at the highest level.

The INSPO Philosophy

Five pillars.
One goal: you, performing better.

We don't believe in training harder. We believe in training smarter. Mobility. Nutrition. Recovery. A regulated nervous system. The real keys to longevity — and to performing at the same level, session after session, year after year.

01

Performance

Better, every time.

Olympic-level technique. Mobility and efficiency over volume. Real-time feedback, session after session.

02

Wellbeing

The mind trains too.

Breathwork, mobility and sleep, trained like the nervous system they regulate. The real foundation of longevity.

03

Fuel

Energy for who you're becoming.

Nutrition that performs. Your body learning to make more energy, session after session.

04

Recovery

Invisible. Until it isn't.

Recovery starts during the effort, not after. Sleep, breathwork, active recovery — what elite swimmers do between sessions, and most athletes never learn.

05

Experience

Not in the lane. In the other 22.

Barcelona. A pool, the open sea, every detail built for you. The setting is part of the method too.

These aren't five services. It's one system — to perform better, last longer, and keep it up over time.

The INSPO Team

Learn alongside people who live high performance every day.

They don't just teach. They apply, every day, the same methodology they use with international athletes.
